Lying In Da Sunnnnnnn.....

Ok so recently I've been fairly lazy outside of working, it was my roommate Kevin's 25th on Wednesday, we had a bit of a picnic down at the park, we'd missed the sunset but the views were still lovely... Then as not to be rude and break any kind of birthday tradition we ventured out to get a bit drunk within the quite Port Douglas weekly nightlife (if you can call it nightlife)... We ended up in Fluid the nightclub (again, if you could call this a nightclub?!) and I awoke the next morning not with a hangover, but I was still drunk. Rarely happens this... I scuttered off to work for 10am and managed to keep the hangover at bay with lots of water and some lovely breakfast from work.

This morning I couldn't sleep, but managed to crawl down to the beach and catch some rays for a couple of hours. The tide was going out as I was there and the waters were pretty nice along the beach. I almost stood on a crab, but it was lying on its back and was very dead.. I thought about taking it home for dinner, but I wouldn't know how long to cook it for let alone if it were a good idea to cook an already-dead crab... Lets not mention the fact that I wouldn't pick it up anyway because I'm too scared of the silly looking things.

I'm wondering how I'm going to save up enough to do the east coast and the Red Center in Australia. I'm in a bit of a panic that I won't have enough cash or time to do both, but I'll work something out, right??

Haven't really done anything else, there isn't much to do in Port Douglas except rent DVD's or get drunk... Which I shall probably be doing later on tonight as my social life is a bit below par at the mo.
